The Doctoral Studies of the Department of Music Technology and Acoustics aim to promote science and lead to the acquisition of a doctoral degree, which certifies the preparation of original scientific research and the essential contribution of the holder to the development of knowledge in the scientific fields of Music Technology and Acoustics, as well as all related sciences and their applications.

Admissions

Candidates’ applications are submitted to the Secretariat of the Department. The call for PhD candidate applications is announced twice a year (every November and April) and posted on the website of the Department, School and University.

Additionally, interested candidates may submit their applications between August 25 and October 27, in collaboration with Faculty staff of the Department.
